Coaching

There are so many definitions of coaching out there!

Sir John Whitmore (Coaching for Performance) described coaching as “unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them”.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) definition of coaching is “partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential”.

At Beehive Performance we define coaching as partnering with our clients through inspiring and provoking in order to unlock self awareness and maximise potential. We are future focussed and are dedicated fully to listening, providing space and supporting you to succeed in your goals whether these are personal or professional.

Our coaching service is fully bespoke and we’ll talk about what you are looking for at our first Chemistry call but we suggest a relationship of at least 6 months, consisting of a 90 minute coaching session once a month. In our experience this allows for enough time for a rich conversation whilst allowing time in between sessions for reflection and experimentation.

Both Liz and Catt are Coaches so we’d encourage you to have a look at their profiles and see which may be the best fit for you.

You can of course request a Chemistry call with both Liz and Catt if you’re not sure at this stage who you’d like to work with. A Chemistry call is a 30 minute video call at no cost to you which allows us to get to know you, what you are looking for from your coaching, and for us to tell you about us, our style and experience.

From this call you’ll get a good idea of whether you’d like us to partner in your coaching journey and we can then discuss what this might look like for you (length of sessions, timings, cost of package etc).

A fantastic session. Your facilitation was exactly what we needed to kickstart our journey and take steps in the right direction and was really well received by the team. Thank you very much.
