Our experience has given us a specific capability in building leadership capabilities in scientific, technical or manufacturing environments. Through either a bespoke programme design or one-off workshops, we will guide your leaders through activities, backed up with sound research and sometimes with the help from trusted third parties, to help them get the very best out of themselves and those they lead.
Our programmes blend workshops and practise with phased one-on-one coaching. Whilst we will tailor our approach to suit your culture, needs and desired outcomes, a typical programme starts with building self-awareness and an understanding of how others are different, helps the leader set their team up for success and maximise their delivery, enables them to gain a broader business perspective and engage with stakeholders, and to sustain long term performance.

We also offer programmes for Project Leaders.
These are often highly skilled technical experts who may not have access to traditional People Leadership programmes, but need to lead the people on their project teams nonetheless – very often with no heirarchical authority and no choice over the people in the team, and sometimes only for short periods of time.
We don’t teach Project Management – there are great online courses for that. We help them lead the people, so their projects and those working on them thrive.
