Catt has spent over 10 years in a variety of HR roles including Recruitment, Talent Development and Management, predominantly in FMCG and Retail.
An ICF accredited coach, she has a passion for developing and nurturing talent through coaching which is underpinned by her BSc Psychology, her experience in Line Management and time leading talent development programmes.
